Madhya Pradesh, a village located north of the city of Bhopal.
Udayagiri is known for its Gupta period (350–550 C.E.)
rock-cut cave sculptures, notably a twenty-foot sculpture of the deity Vishnu
in the Boar avatar, with the world balanced on his tusk.
