(“junction”) Gram mar
is a phrase used in ancient Sanskrit to describe the euphonic (harmonic)
arrangement of words.
To allow a seamless verbal transition between the two, the
end phoneme of one word is modified based on the starting phoneme of the next
word.
Sacchidananda, for example, is a compound term made up of
the words sat ("being"), chit ("con sciousness"), and
ananda ("bliss").
It denotes the three main elements of the ultimate
unqualified Brahman.
