Mleccha is a Sanskrit term that has historically been used to refer to a non-Aryan or a foreigner.
A individual who has become an outcast and consequently has
no place in established society is referred to as a mleccha.
The term mleccha comes from a verb that meaning "to
talk in a muddled or unclear manner," signifying someone who has not yet
grasped the language.
