There are seven primary body kinds according to Ayurveda:
- Each person has all three doshas at all times, although their proportions differ from person to person.
- As a result, 10 vata or kapha-pitta people will have 10 different temperaments, 10 different sets of attributes and features.
- If we want to be healthy, we must maintain our particular qualitative and quantitative proportions of the doshas.
- Our health is good when this proportion is maintained, but disease can occur if the balance is disrupted.
