YOGA MUDRA



Take a seat in Padmasana. Place the palms of your hands on your heels. 

Exhale slowly and lean over, the nose touching the ground. 

You can breathe normally if you hold the pose for a long time. 

Alternatively, return to the same location and inhale. 

You should take your hands to the back instead of holding them on your heels. 

In the right hand, grasp the left wrist. This posture heals all types of abdominal problems.
