5 Healing Tools for Empaths

 



1. Prayer is a powerful tool.

Prayer, depending on your beliefs, will often provide relief in a difficult situation. The H'oponopono prayer is one of the most well-known and effective prayers.

So, how do you use H'oponopono to cure yourself? The definition is broken down into four steps:

2. Repentance: Say you're sorry for your role in the stuff that you consider to be evil or troublesome in your setting. As an empath, you will express your sorrow for the suffering that those you've met lately are going through. Say you're sorry for whatever you're guilty for; sense the guilt and mean it.

3. Request Forgiveness: You're still thinking to yourself, "Who am I asking?" We do have our own set of beliefs. Since the majority of people, particularly empaths, believe in a greater power, you should ask the power to forgive you.

4. Thankfulness: Thank you; appreciation has a tremendous amount of strength. When you shift your attention away from the bad, you'll notice that you have a lot to be grateful for. Thank your lucky stars that you awoke this morning. Thank God you have eyes to see, a nose to smell, legs to walk on, and all of your internal organs are functioning properly.

5. Find something to express gratitude for and repeat it over and over.


Love is the most strong force in the universe; repeating the phrase "I love you" over and over would attract love into your life. 

You should tell your cat, your home, your car, the world, and the trees that you love them! 

Say it to whoever or whatever you want.


Tell them 'You Love Them'!
